AI Projects

Same toolchain. Different creatures.

Corvus and GRCxAI are the day job. These are the other things we build with the same agentic AI workflow:
games, tools and experiments. Every one of them is real, finished enough to try, and linked below.

The projects

Each one has its own page with the full story, screenshots and a link to try it.

Hellmouth

A gothic arcade side-scroller, built with Claude Code

A monster hunter in a long coat, two stages of things that answer to different weapons, and a Hellmouth at the end of it. Every weapon carries a damage type and every monster declares what that type does to it: fire ends the shambling dead, only silver kills a werewolf, and a vampire has to be broken open before it can be finished.

Two stages, two bosses, an open-world mode with six regions and six keys, original AI-generated art, and audio synthesised at runtime. Nothing to install: it runs in the browser as a single file.

Why publish side projects?

Corvus and GRCxAI are built by directing agentic AI: describing what should exist, letting the agent build it, testing the result hard, and iterating. The projects on this page are that same workflow pointed at something with no compliance framework in sight.

They are useful for exactly that reason. A game has to feel right, run at a steady frame rate on a phone, and be finishable by a real person. Those are unforgiving tests of whether an AI-built codebase holds up, and what we learn goes straight back into the products.

More residents arrive as they are finished.

See the same approach at work.

Corvus for AI-powered threat intelligence, GRCxAI for governance, risk and compliance. Built the same way, for a different audience.
